Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our IT solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including consulting, support, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services, cloud solutions, application migration, and data integration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Sales, Account Management) are a plus.
