Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary to support our development and operations teams. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and management processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure security best practices are followed and that systems are compliant with industry standards.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for infrastructure and application-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.
